Costumer service is absolutely fabulous!!!! My parcel was delayed due to closed borders during Xmas time. I was contacted by team asap and informed about current situation and asked if l still want my order. How absolutely amazing is this????? Once parcel made to UK it wlwas delivered to wrong address, l have sent an email asking if they can investigate where my parcel was delivered, got answer asap, case was opened! Luckily people from a different street pass parcel to my neighbours and neighbours to me, ao happy ending yay😃 would give 1000 stars for this amazing company. Definitely recommending as items are fab too!!!😍

Very happy with both my purchases from Rosefield - a watch earlier this year and some engraved Christmas gifts recently. The quality of the products, style & price point are fantastic & the complimentary engraving offer such a special touch for gifts. I had a small issue with my second order and the customer service was prompt, efficient, kind & helpful. Mistakes happen, but at least this company stands by its promise and the issue was solved quickly and without any stress. This is greatly appreciated, especially for online purchases. Big thank you to Petra and all Rosefield - I look forward to my next purchase :)
